Mt. Hood Skibowl Sued Over Trail Rating

First Tracks Online is reporting that Mt. Hood Ski Bowl has been sued by the family of a snowboarder who died at the resort last January. Such lawsuits are quite common. Most are dismissed by courts with equal frequency. However, Harry and Grettel DeWolf, parents of the 17-year old killed on the resort's Dog Leg trail, are pursuing a novel theory. The DeWolfs contend that the trail, a blue square/intermediate run, should have been labeled a black diamond/advance run.
